Update to EDIT After an Overall Disastrous FAIL I Decided to try cooking the remaining TWO batches (24 cookies) in a different oven on Convection NOT Bake. Preheated to 330° and baked exactly 14 minutes. I used parchment paper to line the baking pan and slid the paper immediately off the pan and onto my granite countertop. The cookies were still noticeably wobbly in the middle. But wow THESE ARE THEY BEST COOKIES IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!!!!! I'm 61yo and Choco chip is my favorite and I've had plenty. I'm a healthy eater but I don't deny myself the occasional treat (life truly is short after all). This treat is worth the indulgence, maybe shared with a friend ;)
