I ordered 4 tires and 4 sensors. Had to wait for almost 2 weeks to get installed. Then had an appointment at 5 did not get done until 720. They called to ask if I wanted tire sensors as my light was on, I said yes, I paid for them, he said for 4 I said yes I have the receipt. Once car was done they appear to be good. Everyone has been very nice in general. Will purchase again and hope it doesn't take that long.

I went to Sam's Club to get tires. I wasn't sure if I needed 2 or 4. I had no idea what size tires I needed. The guy at the service dept was wonderful. He told me that they would get the car from where I parked it and check them out and let me know. I didn't have an appointment. Within 2 hours, I had new tires put on. They kept my old tires at no additional cost. I was very pleased with my experience.

I purchased the tires the week before and made the installation appointment at 8 AM for the next week. When I arrived for installation they told me I didn't have an appointment. When the lead (salesman) arrived he tried to tell me my appointment was the day before. I knew that I did not make it for that day because It had a prior commitment for that day. Two and a half hours later I had my tires. There is no waiting room. No where on my receipt did it have my appointment. I did not receive any text or email reminding me of my appointment.

I put these tires on my wifes Audi Q5. They are amazing!!! Excellent handeling, no road noise and the look very sporty.

dry traction is good, wet traction is better than i expected. Wish they were quieter, but not too bad at highway speeds.

I really like my new tires, they feel safe while I am driving.. like the traction control Love that they have the Goodyear name on them.

They knew right away the tire couldn't be fixed and be safe, they rotated and balanced the tires very efficiently

Bought tires for 2 cars recently. Both days were freezing cold with wind. Had to walk around intire bulding to main entrance to get to tire shop. No consideration for customers....
