Where the menu happens to reside. Would not buy another Samsung TV. Television is only 6 months old. Yeah whatevers, gonna stick with Sony.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is great. What I have a problem with is your proprietary operating system. You cannot put the downloader app on which I need for my IPT to download, Therefore I had to go out and purchase another TV from a competitor which operates Google TV. I was able to do everything seamlessly with the GOOGLE TV. If you just want to watch TV with their channels that have all the shows from the 90's uy this one other than that stay away unless you can find an older model which runs Google.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV has a great picture quality and outstanding image. There's lots of installed apps to use, large size, bright screen with warm color, and easily controled settings. This has very fast pixel refresh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this tv because our 4 year old Samsung was dropping wi-fi so often that it was unusable at times. Unfortunately, this new Samsung tv also drops wi-fi, just not as often. Every other device in the house is connected and running fine, so this has to be a Samsung issue. The remote to the new Samsung is awful. We are using the remote to the older Samsung as it works for both tvs. That being said, the picture quality is amazing and the interface is easy to navigate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great color! I have the same but older (about 3.5 years old) that we replaced with this one. The brightness is so much better. The responsive and fast scrolling are amazing. The TV comes set up ready to go with all the contrast, upscaling and other settings ready to go. I just hope this one will last longer than my older version. We only got a few years out of it before the wifi/networking "board" went out.

The picture is great, color is outstanding, Brightness is just right, as for the contrast it is as well great. The responsiveness of the remote is great. When I look to upgrade I will be looking at Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually buy a Vizio TV but since I’ve been having issues with all my 5 TVs, the one in the bedroom went bad and couldn’t be serviced. My wife and I went to purchase another one but we decided to try a Samsung since we have Samsung appliances. We could not be happier with our new Samsung TV. We are both 60+ and the picture is amazing. We will never purchase any other TV but a Samsung. Thank you for excellent quality in your products. Mr. T
