I managed to find a bolt to run over and it was on an unsafe place for repairs. I called Sams Tire Center. They squeezed me in to repair the tire. They said the tire couldnt safely be repaired, so they had 1 in stock and replaced it right away. They also put my spare back under my car, which I really appreciated. Im glad I bought my tires here.

This is my commuter car, and I am on the road pretty much 2 hours a day during the week. We purchased our first set of these tires 4 years ago when I started my job. We kept them rotated with every other oil change, and they were such good tires that recently when we replaced them, we went back to the same brand and tire as previously

The tires have performed very well, and Goodyear continues to meet my expectations for quality. I have had no issues with them to date. However, my service experience at Sam's was disappointing. I had a 4:00 PM appointment, arrived at 3:45 PM, and did not leave until after 6:00 PM. This was my first time purchasing tires from Sam's, and the excessive delay—combined with the repeated excuses I was given—left a poor impression. Based on this experience, I am unlikely to return for future service.

Wow! If I could give tires a 10 this would be it!! The knowledge of the employee and his patience with us as we choose our tires was based on his experience and professional opinion. These tires are the best. We wanted tires that are for all weather and we wanted the least road noise when driving. They truly are better than what our new car came with! This is the second set of these I have purchased. They have a great mileage warranty and have exceptional traction in both wet and snowy conditions. I have been very pleased with these tires performance.

Love the tires but only ordered two back tires. To my surprise, they put on four tires. I was upset at first because my two front tires were about a year old. All and All, It's all good!

I put on 4 brand new tires. Upon leaving I asked if everything was correct, lug nuts tightened etc. because I was driving a few hours out of town on a mini vacation. answer was yes. I drove across town to meet friends for brunch, when I came out, I had a flat tire and one tire was losing air. Had to call for a flat bed which took me to another Sam's club way out of my way. To make a longer story short, turns out the rims were not properly sealed. I had tickets for a concert that night and got to it late, it was a few hours away. I was not happy. Couple days later (today) I look at my tires and it looks like another one is losing air.

Did not know the tire repair warranty had an expiration date. It appears your proof of purchase receipt of the tires disappears from your account after 4 years. Sam's Club Topeka Kansas had no proof of purchase on my account. Had a nail in the tire and Sam's Club Topeka would not repair tire. Had to buy a new tire
