[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a love-hate relationship with this product. Here are the pros and the cons: PROS. Heats quickly, clips DO work, you do see waves and curls right away, trusted brand, better for your hair compared to a curling iron or straightener that gives too much heat. CONS. Bulky storage, the light does NOT turn white as referenced in the instructions, you may need to repeat the process twice with lots of hairspray to last, this is a 2-person job to catch the appropriate amount of hair. I give this a solid 3 stars. I'm not sure I would use this product if I was in a rush anywhere. But will continue to use it to help achieve the style I like without too much heat damage.

I WOULD SAY A FEW DAYS AFTER YOUR BLOWOUT WITHH GIVE YOU THE BEST RESULTS AS WITH ANY CURL THE MORE "GRIT" THE HAIR HAS THE LONGER IT LAST. IT GIVES BEAUTIFUL VOLUME I DIDNT GET MUCH CURL BUT THA IS BECAUSE OF THE LENGTH OF MY HAIR. SMALLER ROLLERS IN LARGER AMOUNTS WOULD WORK BEST FOR ME PERSONALLY. I TRIED ON MY DAUGHTERS HAIR AND SHE GOT THE MOST BEAUTIFUL FLIPS ON HER ENDS WITHOUT MUCH HEAT OR HASSLE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Totally different from the curlers I grew up with, the packaging and design are sleek, yet simple, they heat up fairly quickly, a bit tricky for me at first to put them in, but easy enough to get the hang of it, these do nice subtle soft curls, definitely enjoyed using these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If your mom had these in the 80's but with the metal clips, then you will love these even more!! Better that we have them when we're 40! Distributes heat very well and easy to use. I love the new clips!

I really like the 2 inch rollers. Just not enough rollers to set all my hair. I bought the purple Conair set. So now I have more rollers then I need. But if I ever cut my hair shorter I'm covered. The clips are a challenge. I haven't found a way yet to keep the first two rollers on the top of my head from flopping around when I'm setting my hair. It's very annoying. But the hot rollers have worked to tame some of the frizzyness. Getting lots of compliments. Wish I could find better clips. I'm not using the clips that came with this hot roller set. But even the clips from the purple Conair set aren't great.

Unfortunately it did not hold up, The red light is supposed to turn white when it's ready, after 25 minutes with still a red light I gave up and tried the curlers. The curlers were very hot , the sides were easy to handle as they stayed cool. After placing all curlers on my head and gave them time to cool completely, my hair just fell straight, no wave , no curl, no bounce.

The rollers were easy to use but the clips to secure the rollers in the hair were not strong enough, so they kept slipping out. At this price point, it was disappointing these seemed so cheap.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Conair Mega Volume Waves did not give a lot of volume for one crucial reason: the clips do not hold the rollers in well enough. I am not sure if it is because my hair is so fine, or short, or what, but the curler would fall out and hit me in the face every time that I would try to leave the curlers in. Eventually I gave up on the clips and just held it in my hair so that I could at least have a single result, and then result was ok, but no volume was achieved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited about trying this product but I have to be honest, I'm a bit disappointed. The clips do not hold the rollers at all. The rollers are far too big and heavy to be held in place by the plastic clips. Unfortunately because of that they either flopped over or fell off all together. When they flopped they started to burn me so I had to adjust them constantly or remove them. Because of all of this, I really couldn't get a good wave that lasted. When I removed them it looked nice but because of all the issues the wave just fell out and my hair went limp and straight. I think if they make an adjustment to the clips in some way this could be a good product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm thirty years old and have never had a set of hot rollers! I was more than excited to get these in the mail. They give my hair so much volume and they are kind of fun to use too! I would definitely recommend these to family and friends.
