[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quick shipping, and having a box spring that could be easily assembled from smaller components is a genius solution for low ceilings that can't accommodate a traditional queen size box springs.

There are many parts to put together for this box spring. Fortunately, they all went together fairly smoothly, although it took a little time. It looks good when finished, and seems very sturdy. So far so good.

It will take time and lot of effort to assemble this box. The pictures on the product are misleading. The pictures say that it is easy snap assembly but actually I got lot many screws and tools to put this together.

Excellent box spring that actually improved the comfort of my mattress. My only complaint was that I not aware I would need to assemble it. Assembly time was about 30 minutes for me but it is very sturdy and even attractive. I am very pleased

So easy to put together, my 11 year old assembled with me and she did most of the work. This is the future...take the cover off and wash...goodbye past dirty box springs. This product is awesome. Thank you

While the frame is substantial, this will not support a memory foam mattress. There are large gaps between the supports. It may be ok on a regular mattress but my memory foam literally kept sinking into the gaps. I returned it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new bed frame for my gel mattress needed a metal box spring. I ordered this one and I love it. Sturdy and easy to follow instructions.

As advertised. Easy to put together. But when in place, it easily slides up and down the bed frame. Wish the cover fabric had thicker, rougher strips on 4 sides, since the slick cover barely covered the steel frame.

this was more of a bed frame and box spring combined which is not what I need. I had to contact customer service 3 times to schedule a return. I will not buy any bulky items online again

The Zinus 9” Metal BoxSpring was a snap to put together. Total assembly about 15 minutes. Much easier to move and handle than a conventional box spring.
