Arrived in damaged box with no instructions and no bolts for assembly. One support was bent and another cracked. Parts were loose in the box which was torn at one end so badly, support poles were protruding. I can’t imagine it left the warehouse in this condition and if so, FedEx should have refused it! Decided to repair the damage and purchase bolts which was quicker than 3 hours on the phone with Walmart getting transferred from person to person and speaking with a robot or automated chat thing. Will use Amazon in the future for purchases such as this.

Old models box springs should be pitched and this new model put in there place. This new, assembly required design is easy to handle, light, noiseless, and provides excellent support. Combined with a gel foam mattress, it's great. Getting the best rest and my typically sore neck and back; aren't sore anymore.

I purchased this to support a new foam mattress I just purchased to go on top of a platform bed. Not only was this extremely easy to put together, but it is well made and offers the support needed for a mattress. I would definitely buy this again instead of going to a mattress store to buy one. Much more affordable!

I found this metal boxspring after becoming aware that the price of wood prevented me from making a boxspring from wood. I found this metal one but I thought it was the "click..click!"model. It is easy to assemble. The cover makes it look like the old box springs. Very sturdy. I placed it on a bed frame. I could of used a five inch since I had the bed frame and a pillow top mattress. Quest have found the bed quite comfortable. I highly recommend this product. Portable to take with you if you move. Necessary tools are supplied if you don't have any.

I read the reviews after I purchased it and noticed a lot of people complaining about putting it together. It comes in a box, it has metal rails, directions, and even comes with the tools. We layed out all the metal rails and screwed them together. Then we put this large zippered pillow case on. I love that if you need to move, you can easily take it apart or if you want to clean the fabric periodically you can. Not like those old school wood ones. This type of box spring is new and improved. Yes, you have to put it together but it is worth it!

When I moved I had to throw out my box spring for my memory foam mattress. I looked on line for about a month and found this one based on reviews and price. The first night I could not believe how my lower back pain had pretty much gone away. This is a solid frame and quite reasonable. What a difference !

When I received the box spring I thought I ordered the wrong item. The box was so small. I found it easy to assemble, it had all I needed. I was very happy it was metal instead of wood. It will be easy to move if necessary. Very happy with my purchase especially since my 7 year old still jumps on the bed.

We bought this box spring because we rented an older house and the box spring to our mattress set wouldn't fit up the stairway. This box spring is super easy to put together. The zip on cover fit perfectly. It is very sturdy and made our mattress feel firmer. It was exactly what we needed and were looking for. We bought a 3" memory foam topper at our local Sam's Club and it is like having a new mattress set.

Simple to assemble and easy enough to do alone, however it was easier with help from a friend. Only challenge we had was being so excited to put the mattress down, we forgot to add the cover. Trying to put the cover on while the box is on the bed frame was our plan, except we should have read the instructions...we added the cover quickly, but discovered it was upside down when we zipped it up. Not a big deal, but could be a headache to access if any screws need tightening in future. It's been a few weeks in use and I've not experienced any issues. No squeaking or other sounds, so I'd definitely recommend it.

We ordered this "box spring". BTW there's no spring in it. Very comfortable, I only gave 4 stars because "some assembly required". It took a few hours and the mat is directional, but it's definitely worth it, more comfortable than any other box spring I've ever had. The best part is you don't feel any spring compression. We have a king mattress and box spring and are very satisfied with the products.
