[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Apex 2000 in June 2025 it lives in a 30 x 40 shop that's 16 foot tall uninsulated near Reno. The fan quietly moves so much air on the low setting that the loft area is usable in summer with 20° drops. The fan is so quiet even on high I can still use cell phone in speaker mode. The Wi-Fi ability is awesome to always know what it's doing or make any changes to temperature or times on the fly anywhere. It also gets pushed out to the barbecue area full of water with ease. I love this thing so much. I wish there was add-on accessories to customize like chrome kits or LED Ground effect lights.

This Apex 2000 cooler cools down my shop very good on hot days, without this cooler it would be unbearable on very hot days. I highly recommend this cooler

We love our Portacool Apex 2000. It does a great job cooling in our dog kennel. I love the app that lets me control my unit. I can make adjustments remotely. Great feature!

The APEX 2000 is a great addition to the work place when working in the valley heat. When summer days can surpass 105 degrees, this cooler can reduce the shop temperature to an environment that can be tolerated. It maneuvers easily and can run for a couple hours without a hose connected. Highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the AC went out in our shop, we bought the Apex 2000 and was easy to get going right out of the box. Cooled down the space in the middle of the summer. With the WiFi controls the fan was running when we got in and turned off at night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use at our batting cage. Even in Houston summers keeps the cage cool and air circulating for practices. Make sure to properly ventilate (ours is in front of a garage door) or the humidity will rise quickly indoors.

I have had this cooler for 3 summer's and replaced the pump 3 times. The pumps aren't cheap. I drain/clean the unit regularly. The cooler works great on the fan and controls. I really like the wireless control; I can turn it on before coming home and the patio will be cool. But I have to purchase another pump to replace the current one that isn't working before I can have it cooling with wet pads.
