I bought these to help supplement some of the vitamins I'm lacking while on keto. Unfortunately, I had a really bad allergic reaction to these pills. I've been battling with hive flare ups for the past two days - and prior to this I've never been allergic to anything. Also, the directions say to take 4 capsules daily and I only took one. The initial allergic reaction was maybe an hour after I took it, and now I'm on day 2 of getting hives all over my body.
