the gel capsules are soft and easy to swallow, i’ve been taking it for about a week now and everything is good so far! 5 pills a day i just eat it with my breakfast

I've just taken two doses but I do feel more primal and powerful. For example i growled at my dog this morning and he helped and ran away. Hopefully I'll get a hairy chest and big muscles so I can throw away my muscle suit and chest wig.

It does not smell good, but comes recommended. Giving it a try to see if it helps.

First time to try. These capsules are easier to swallow than tablets. Dosage has 5 per day equals 3000mg, we are going to only take one (600mg). Purchased to help with vitamin B deficiency we both have. Arrived sealed around the top of bottle but not with plastic seal around the lid and bottle. Would feel more comfortable with both seals.
