Prior to purchasing this I was consuming about a 1/2oz of raw liver daily. I was pretty limited to how I could consume it.... typically in a smoothie of some type. From frozen it ground up pretty well and didn't impart much taste to the smoothie, but my options have opened greatly with these capsules. I can just take all four of them daily with a drink, or open them and sprinkle them in scrambled eggs, a smoothie, etc. It's a convenient way for me to get some organs into my daily diet.

I have several nutrition books that break down everything that's in beef liver. it's high in vitamin a, vitamin B2, vitamin b5, vitamin B12, lecithin choline, chromium, iron, and biotin. it's Mega dose levels of vitamin A and the choline. if you were to buy bottles of vitamins for every one of these vitamins and use the a dosages that the liver has in it already you would pay $500 a month for what's in this one bottle of liver. in one study done in the 90s, 40 rats were divided into two teams 20 each and side a was given liver liquid liver at the time and side B was given a placebo for 3 months each. then both teams are put in a pool and work left to swim until they died. the non-liver side lived 5 to 8 minutes. the liver takers lasted 60 to 90 minutes. so liver single-handedly increase their Endurance by 5 to 8 times. this is one of the greatest things you can take for your overall health and strength! and you only pay for what's in this one bottle but you get seven different vitamin oil sources all at once so the price is awesome!

I'm severely anemic, and I can not take iron supplements without getting constipated, so these pills are definitely a game changer in getting some iron in me!

Horrible after taste. Will be returning. Have had other brands with no issues but this even stunk up my kitchen when opened.
