The instructions for this was not clear at all I literally built this looking at the finished product and doing trial and error why would you make each step so zoomed in when the whole thing looks alike

I was shocked to receive the box spring in a box. Aside from that it was easy to assemble with my husband’s assistance. We love the quality for the price; it exceeded our expectations. Would buy again!

Broke within a year

Let me start by saying that I did not read the reviews and only looked at the star rating....that's where I went wrong. I thought I was buying an actual box spring! This is a metal frame (with NO springs) that you have to assemble and then put a thin cloth cover over. I was pretty surprised when I came home to the long, thin box on my porch. And even more so when I opened it. If it weren't so cumbersome and heavy, I would have sent it back. Instead, I am donating it and buying a "real" boxspring to go under my daughter's memory foam mattress. Shame on me for not taking the time to read the reviews. I am not likely to make that mistake again.

We needed a 9inch box spring. This one wasn't hard to assemble but did take about an 1.5 hour for the king size frame. The covering could have been an inch or two longer all around. Overall it is very sturdy and that's what we were looking for. Can't beat the price either.

Do NOT purchase this box spring. I repeat, do NOT purchase this box spring. It is pain the a** to put together and then the bars are bowed and we couldnt even zip the cover! The zipper broke and now the cover is just hanging on it! I read a few bad reviews and didnt listen! I should have listened! For the price we paid, it is not worth it!!!

Customer service is confused, I believe it. Sam's club has always been my go to. I'm very DISAPPOINTED in how I'm being treated. Black & white speaks on paper, even when I'm silenced. So disappointed ☹️ this box spring is smaller the the full size mattress I ordered

Great product, I’m rather large and I didn’t think this was gonna last or be sturdy and it is. Super easy to put together.

I missed the part that I would have to assemble my own box spring. Nope. poor instructions. Not easy. No. Just No.
