I'v only had this product for one week and as soon as I put it together, I could tell that I had invested my money well. The box spring is very sturdy as well as the cover. It's not like those thin covers that cover most box springs. It was also very easy to put together. I've recommended this box spring to family and friends & in the future if I should ever need a box spring......this will be the one that I purchase.

Arrived in damaged box with no instructions and no bolts for assembly. One support was bent and another cracked. Parts were loose in the box which was torn at one end so badly, support poles were protruding. I can’t imagine it left the warehouse in this condition and if so, FedEx should have refused it! Decided to repair the damage and purchase bolts which was quicker than 3 hours on the phone with Walmart getting transferred from person to person and speaking with a robot or automated chat thing. Will use Amazon in the future for purchases such as this.

I found this metal boxspring after becoming aware that the price of wood prevented me from making a boxspring from wood. I found this metal one but I thought it was the "click..click!"model. It is easy to assemble. The cover makes it look like the old box springs. Very sturdy. I placed it on a bed frame. I could of used a five inch since I had the bed frame and a pillow top mattress. Quest have found the bed quite comfortable. I highly recommend this product. Portable to take with you if you move. Necessary tools are supplied if you don't have any.

This box spring is very sturdy. It was super easy to assemble and I love how small of a box it came in. Zinus is so amazing with all their products so of course as to be expected it came with all the necessary screws and tools for fast and easy assembly. They also include extra screws...just in case. The cover that goes over it is very nice as well is super chic. I love all Zinus products that I have purchased thus far so I definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a box spring that will outlast the mattress.

They are firm, soft and super mega comfortable! They are truly really amazing! So easy to move around at the time to place them in the desired bedroom when they still vacuumed packed and also so easy to unpack them! Do not hesitate to purchase them! I have bought 5 of them! I do recommend them!

Instead of a full zip up cover it has a fitted sheet. The bottom snaps for the middle section of the frame easily comes off. The snap covers for the poles also come off and had too keep snapping in place before full assembly. I was nice in my rating because it's first week sleeping on it.

Bought this opposed to a traditional box spring as our house is old and the stairs are tight making it hard to get big furniture upstairs. Most of this box spring snapped together and feels some what flimsy, hence 4 out of 5 stars, but so far it's held up. We've had it in use for a few weeks now.

Surprised by the high quality product. It's first class design and construction. I am getting more for all the beds. One thing is frustrating ... instructions. The drawing is NOT accurate as to refer to a part. Especially the connecting pieces as which side is UP ! The drawing is soooo tiny and can't make out the part at the corner sections. it's easy to take it apart if not assembled correctly. The parts are NOT numbered and you have to refer to the drawing each time and try to figure it out....which is not exact by looking at it. Makes a difference if it's UP or DOWN when install it. Don't let this deter you, the product is EXCELLENT but the instructions need LARGER drawings then it's easy to assemble.

This is the worst customer service I have ever had first they send the wrong parts so you can’t put it together then they won’t order the parts over the phone you have to do everything through email than it takes forever for the replacement to come never order from them again

It's a tad over-engineered - instructions for assembly need more words, less pictures. We were disappointed in the height of the assembled bed from floor. Looks juvenile. Now we will have to get a bed frame to make it look like real furniture. Too bad we had inherited the platform/mattress frame from a previous owner of our house and we had to make lemonade from a lemon.
