Goodyear Assurance MaxLife 2 - 225/60R17 99H Tire

I have been this tire or one very similar for over 25 year's.  Never had any problems with them.

I had bad tire I had to pay half price. I didn't even use it for a month.

I had to search for a service representative and wait a long time.

Poor tire installation at Sam's Club Niles Ohio

The tires look good and service was very good.

Purchased two new tires and installed

I came in to get a mug put in my tire. There was a nail in the flat portion of the tread. They informed me that side wall was worn and thought that I should have seen that. 

They refused to repair the nail and I had to purchase a new tire……I felt like they took advantage of me!

I could have gone to Tire Kingdom and they would have put a plug in. The side wall issue had no bearing on the tire……

Seriously, simple plug turned into a new tire!

Knowledgable and friendly sales clerk aided by equally knowledgable, friendly, and efficient shop employee. Installation completed promptly. Continue to choose Sam's for tires because of price, efficient installation and honoring of warranty on the few occasions when needed.
