[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I give the always night extended protection underwear, a three out of five because I do like the fact that it does have older protection. I also love the design, it looks like an underwear. It’s thin like a underwear. It doesn’t show up bulky in my clothes and it’s very comfortable to wear and it’s black so it’s not something that has an ugly color and can blend in under my clothes. A few of the things I highly dislike about this item is the fact that it is not 100% cotton, it doesn’t have any cotton in it according to the ingredients, and according to the ingredients, there are items that are toxic to women’s reproductive system, and their vaginal health, such as polyester. My belief is that once always can create an item like this that is 100% cotton and does not interfere with females endocrine system or the reproductive system, then they will really have a good quality item on their hands.

They fit true to size and absorb any giggle or sneeze accidents. My only complaint is also a plus. The internal pad is the same shape both sides and has no discerning back or front. Which makes them either confusing or simple to use.
