[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Despite the appearance, this actually went on nicely and felt and fit like a regular pair of underwear. They were mildly scented as well, making them rather pleasant smelling. They were comfortable to sleep in and had good absorbency. The only issue with a product like this is it’s not actual underwear, so using the bathroom and pulling them up/down isn’t as convenient and smooth as it is with regular underwear, but overall, I was very pleased with these.

These overnight Always gives me the security I needed to sleep through the night. Always nighttime have a nice light fragrance, not too strong. My only complaint is I wished they were less bulky, and a bit more softer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These work great. I don’t have full on Urinary incontinence but I do have occasional leakage and I am prone to kidney stones and uti. These work great for overnight leakage. They are comfortable and no noticeable odor. They stretch for larger sizes and have a look and slight feel of real underwear. These would even be good for heavy menstruation and postpartum recovery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sizing seems to be off. The packaging says a S/M will fit sizes 2-14. It seems more accurate that it will fit sizes 2-6. The leg openings are rather small and tear when you put it on. This makes the leg opening a little tight. The underwear is discreet.

They completely absorbed the cup of water I dumped in there, no spillage or leakage… and afterwards I pressed a tissue against the inside and even that was dry. Honestly I’m not at the age to use these yet but I can see them being useful during winter SAR missions. There’s a faint baby powder odor to them however, which I’m not a fan of but I’ll probably appreciate it if it masks any smells.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are very comfortable. Lightweight and feel close to regular panties. They soak everything while still keeping you dry all while smellng fresh with no odor issues. They hold up without ripping or falling apart.

Great leak protection , good fit, and great absorbency. No worry about a pad moving around at night because it's built right in. These have been a great find . Definitely recommend.
