First one I purchased had an issue with the left door coming loose and the end of cooking tone not working. It always performed well and therefore gets the 5 star rating. I like the pre-heat ability, but you do have to manually push the START button to have it start cooking after pre-heat is complete. Makes sense since you have to put the food in first, but it is not obvious or documented. Cleaning the crumb tray is not easy especially after air frying something coated with oil. Having a non-stick surface would be ideal for the tray.

Works great but heats hotter than a regular oven. You have to watch the temperature and the time for cooking.

Mine came with the User Guide, but not a booklet on how to use all the knobs, place the trays, make a pizza, meats, cookies, etc. no nothing on how to use the air fryer/ oven. Nothing on how to actually use the product. Please send me something.

Really easy to use, my first try was with chicken wings and they came crispy in the outside and juicy inside; excellent for potato fries, onion rings and cheese sticks; my next big dish will be pizza.

I'm very happy with my Chefman product. It is easy to use, works as expected, and has a great design. The quality is excellent, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Love it. Easy to clean and use. It doesn't look too bad on the counter and the air fryer works great. We bake store bought cookies and frozen pizzas that turn out just like they came from the oven. We toast bagels and bread in it too, and I like the slice selection on it.

Once u get the hang of it, it's not hard to operate or use at all. I have chicken cordon bleu In there as well speak haha. It's really nice to have to replace my oven in certain things. I actually like it. Got a Father's Day gift for my grandpa and now we're all using it

Looks good, I washed it lightly as instructed and let it cook out chemicals but still kinda has a scent, I tried to broil sirloin steak but wound up needing to get out my cast iron bc they just looked soggy, I was hoping they’d get a little burnt on outside and Mid rare/medium inside. It didn’t overcook that’s for sure, and I did 3 rounds of 4 min at 450 or high broil, flipping each time. Haven’t tried for anything else yet.
