I feel like it’s not a real good design. The catch tray has no sides to keep grease from getting under it. It’s a good idea but needs so tweaking.

So far I love it. I’ve broiled, air fried and toasted. It’s very easy to operate and it looks very nice on the counter.

Had air fryer for a week and light went out after third use. Very inconvenient to not be able to see how cooked items are. Very disappointing.

So far setup has been easy. Feel some kind of way about the initial odor but I am going to follow the directions to try to get rid of the smell.

Difficult to figure controls out. Still don't know how to adjust Bake temp. from 350 degrees to 400.

The operating instructions are very confusing and switching between toaster oven broiler was dirt very difficult to figure out

I love it. However, I did have trouble figuring how to use it. After figuring it out, I was able to do it without trouble.

nice and quiet, fairly easy to use and cooks great. would be nice to have a little more explanation on basket placement in the oven.

It very easy to use but I'm still it getting used to remembering to changing the settings before hitting start ?
