Not what I expected, the accessories: baking pan, the wire basket, and wire rack all fit loosely in the channels they're supposed to be in. More than 3 lb of pressure will make each one fall to the bottom of the oven.

Lower tray drip tray that catches the drippings has changed a horrible spotty blueish gray. Unable to get off. The more used the more spotty looking blueish gray appears. Is this healthy? Am I able to receive a new tray?

Doesn't take up too much room on my counter. Works great!
