Hi Kate, we understand how disappointing it must be to have a refrigerator door shelf break after only nine months of use, especially when it was holding everyday items such as condiments. We also understand your frustration regarding the replacement cost and your concerns about the durability of the shelf. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as feedback like yours is important in helping us evaluate the quality and durability of our products and service experience. We would appreciate the opportunity to review your situation further. Please reach out to our support team through https://www.lg.com/ca_en/support/contact-us/ and reference CNN260818128175, along with your model and serial numbers and a copy of your bill of sale, so our team can review the case and discuss the available options with you.

Thank you for being so honest with us and for taking the time to share your experience with your LRGN6325X. We completely understand why you would be frustrated. A range that is only a few months old should continue to meet your expectations, both in performance and appearance. We appreciate you bringing your concerns regarding the knob markings and burner discoloration to our attention. While burner components are exposed to high temperatures during normal cooking, we understand your concern given the age of the appliance. To help preserve their appearance, we recommend allowing the burners to cool completely before cleaning and using only non-abrasive cleaning products. We would appreciate the opportunity to review your concerns further. Our LG CareQ team is available at 1-888-542-2623, or via WhatsApp, live chat, or email at https://www.lg.com/ca_en/support/contact-us/, Please reference CNN260618073584 so we can assist you further and review your concerns in more detail. Thank you again for your feedback and for giving us the opportunity to better understand your experience.
