Follow the instructions for use for a smokeless hot fire. Wife likes sitting by the fire now that she doesn’t have to smell like a campfire when she goes back into the house.

I've only had this a day so my rating is really for first impression, not for long term ownership and usage. This is my first smokeless fire pit and this is what I learned: -- There is no assembly as such, just a few parts that stack on top of each other -- Make sure you firewood is short enough to fit the opening as a tent type arrangement of the wood is not recommended if you want to maintain low smoke -- The fire gets very hot, I suppose because of the improved airflow and containment by the walls. We figured the embers would not burn out until the wee hours but they are completely out at bedtime, probably because the heat is so concentrated -- The appearance and heat from the fire are amazing, almost surreal. -- There is smoke when you first light the fire but little to none thereafter. -- There was a slight chemical smell, probably from some coatings. I expect that to be a one off thing. Overall, I am very pleased so far. Was going back and forth on whether I should spend the money on a fancy fire pti but it is easily worth the money. It's not just some over-designed, glorified fire pit, it is quite different from what you are likely used to and works really well.

Bought this on this last black friday sale. Cant say enough on how much my family and mysef enjoy lighting it up and enjoying the fire. Grandkids love it and enjoy it while making smores. People say it smokes , but if you follow the directions you will not end up smelling of smoke the key is to load your wood below the holes on th inside if you go above it for sure you will be in the smoke same as the most expensive brand. My buddys have the expensive brand and we have comparred them sams is a a bit bigger than the medium size of the expensive brand and both work the same.plus you get more for your buck with the included screen base which is adjustable lid and cover. Its a no brainer. I would buy again and recomend it.

This is a great value. It’s nice to get the entire package, including spark screen and cover in a single package. Have used this a few times so far and it’s been great. Fires start easily and burn hot, which allows the unit to cut down on smoke. There is some smoke at first when you start the fire, but if you keep the fire hot there is very little smoke. Highly recommend.

I compared this item to the name brand one we all see that's more then twice the price. I decided to buy and try this one out and so far I'm impressed with how good it burns. The size is great and it's awesome this comes with all the necessary accessories. The other name branded model charges for each of the accessories the Members Mark includes. This burns great but take note it's not "smokeless" I don't know why they write that because starting the fire you get smoke because that's what fires do when they start. I will admit the smoke later is minimal. This puts out great heat and the flame is pretty to look at. It comes with a stand, but I don't suggest putting this on top of anything you don't want to stain or slightly burn. You can put some paver stones or cinder blocks below the stand which will protect anything below this fire pit. This thing is practically assembled already. All you have to do is simply stack the few sections or pieces on top of each other. It takes about 5 minutes to do it. This thing is well packaged and protected, too. I highly recommend this item as you will be impressed.

This 22” Smokeless Fire Pit is made very well & includes accessories that must be purchased with the “other” brand. It produces a small amount of smoke when first starting the fire which is expected. The warmth & clean up is remarkable. We love it so we purchased 6 more for our family for Christmas gifts!

This fire pit is easy to assemble, easy to clean and does the job. No pit is completely smokeless but it does a great job at minimizing smoke and it gives off a good radius of heat to those surrounding it, once the fire gets going after 10 minutes or so. Half the price of competitors pits, this is a bargain buy and I'd highly recommend it to others.

I admit, I was doubtful. How can something burn and produce no smoke?? Holy cow, there was no smoke! If you read the instructions, stack the wood appropriately, there is a tiny bit of smoke for the first couple minutes, then nothing!! We were all able to enjoy the fire and the warmth without smoke in our eyes. We have a stone firepit installed in our backyard and we just set this pit in the middle of it. Worked perfectly. Highly recommend!

This thing works very well. I really like that it comes with all of the accessories. With the metal cover, it can make a table. The cover does a nice job keeping the fire pit clean and dry. I primarily use pellets with it. I bought the solo bonfire pellet adapter but it didn't fit. Good thing, because this burns pellets just fine without it. Filling it below the upper interior holes gives me two hours of flame. Adding more is a pain. Too much at once kills the fire, causing tremendous smoke. It requires constant feeding once the initial pelllet load burns down. I just add real wood after the pellet flame goes out.

I bought this stove in black, along with a case of 3-hour fire logs. These stoves are priced right compared to Solo Stoves, but they also come with multiple options you pay a lot extra with a solo stove. Stainless ash guard, hard cover, vinyl storage cover, and poker are all included to make this a functional and attractive fire pit. The stainless ring at the top will discolor from the heat. These stoves are really easy to clean, and the fire logs leave very little ash if allowed to burn down. 16" split wood logs also fit in this unit nicely. They are not truly smokeless ( depending on what you are burning), but I consider it a minor issue. While I would still never recommend using it on a wood deck, the bottom does remain relatively cool and has four adjustable legs to keep the metal bottom off the ground. Most highly recommend.
