My favorite frozen vegetables. Each vegetable tastes like what it is. Just don’t overcook. Personally I cook a couple minutes less than instructions call for because I do not like mushy veggies.

So good. This mix is great if you want a low carb vegetable mix. So easy to add to meals. 2 cups per individual package so 8 cups per overall package. I throw two in the cart each week. This vegetable mix keeps me regular.
