I bought this product a month ago and the shipment and install have both been delayed. Would not suggest purchasing the item + install. Install yourself, save $500 and a month of time.

I bought this for my granddaughter and so far no complaints. She loves it! Took a couple of days to put together. But nothing was too difficult . Hopefully she will get years of fun. Excellent product!

We bought this playset for out 1.5 and 6 yr old and they both love it. It has lots of activities to keep them busy. Just like any playset, it was a lot of work to put together. We had a few friends and it still took about 10 hours with no major mistakes.

Bought this on Black Friday for my grandsons. My husband put it together mostly by himself! He is very handy! He did it in our garage in sections. Then hauled it to their house by trailer, they live 2 blocks. All the pieces where there & in perfect shape!

This swing set and price was totally awesome!!! I asked my son in law if he wanted me to pay to have it put together and he said no he would take care of that. After a few days of construction he possible might have changed his mind. I say pay the money to have them put the swing set together. My grand daughter is a happy camper...it even had a hammack!!!

My kids love playing on it however I wish the supports under the clubhouse we thicker beams like the swing arm. I also wish the board holding the hammock up was sturdier. My kids are light and okay on it but a heavier child might not be held by the supports.

Bought it just over a month ago and the kids can't get enough of playing on it. Like the one piece slide and it's built surprisingly sturdy. The structure is strong enough to hold me at 190lbs. Haven't tried the slide but feel it should hold me. Thanks Sam's for another good product.

Literature said up to 10yrs old, but steps are quite narrow, so any kid over 100lbs is going to have to squeeze up them. GoConfigure showed up at the end of their arrival window, so we weren't able to make the gift to our grandkids a surprise. They loved it anyways.

Bought this for my grandson for Christmas (2016). Easy to assemble but does take a weekend if you are doing it yourself. He loves it! He is 3 and it is just the perfect size for him to use now and as he grows. I would buy another one if I had somewhere in my own yard to put it.

A solid 12 hours of work to assemble. Make sure you spend the time to organize every piece of wood and every fastener so that you can quickly retrieve them during assembly. Definitely use the Bilt App that is referenced on the front of the instruction manual. The 3D CAD assembly makes it a lot easier. Overall it is a very nice product and the kids love it.
