2 problems with the jug design. First, the plastic seal which is difficult to peel off, and often the flap tears off. Second, there is no neck on this spout, so it is difficult to pour without spilling. We try our best not to buy milk from Sams because of these 2 issues and everyone in my family simply hates the design. Not sure why Sams have this unique, bad design! Please fix this problem.

Have to use pliers to get the top off and then the milk spoils before the expiration date. I have had to pour at least two full gallons down the drain because it went bad that were purchased two separate times. I am done wasting my money on this milk.

Tastes like Milk.

The milk is fine. The new jug is not a hit at our house. The cap is difficult to open and close, and pouring the milk is more difficult; especially, when emptying the last of the milk in the jug. I know why they say they redesigned the jug (mostly it benefits the seller). But, it's still a pain. We buy our milk from the local grocer when it's on sale, rather than deal with this.

Didn't taste good

The design on these new containers are horrid. Cannot get all the milk out. I rinse mine out to recycle...cannot even get all the water out.

Impossible to open with the new design and ridge next to it. Consumer UNfriendly and poor user feature.

I was using this for last 2 years but for last month 3 times it is becoming sour in 3/4 days. i am scared to buy again

The bottle design is terrible! It's difficult to open and just plain awkward to use. I'm now purchasing milk elsewhere.

Last 2 times I purchased (by pickup) the expiration date was less than a week. Also, they are more expensive than grocery stores. I won't be buying milk here anymore till things change.
