it's milk, what do you want me to say I drink it it's good on my cereal. It's good in the glass with ice and donuts and turnovers. I don't know what else to tell you milk is a good thing. But they seem to sour quicker than most from other stores. Sorry to say. I'm lucky and I mean lucky to finish a gallon of milk before it turns but when you first get it, of course is great.

Sam's Club 2% milk it's no different than other 2% milks and taste fine however the price is significantly higher than your sister company Walmart's prices for the same product. Since the storage located right next to each other I usually do a Walmart pickup but on occasion only do Sam's Club home delivery (which I love) and buy the milk from Sam's Club only out of convenience despite the higher price!

I really wish they would change the container of the milk. I actually buy my milk elsewhere unless I'm in a hurry only because the container is obnoxious and trying to get the seal off under cap is really not fun! The milk is good though but the container and price it's just not worth it to me.

The milk is good. But the tab to unseal the lid is difficult to use. Often the tab tears off instead of opening the lid, and it is almost always really hard to open if the tab stays on. The jug itself is a little awkward, too. Plus, milk is cheaper at Walmart.

Nothing wrong with the milk if you go through gallons quickly. As a family of four, we can go through milk fairly quickly, but the expiration on the Sam's Club mill is a lot sooner than milk that we can get from other stores (like Kroger owned stores, Aldi, etc.). For that reason, we are very careful about when we buy milk from Sam's.

Nothing wrong with the milk but the milk jug design is horrible! I've said this in previous surveys not expecting a response and didn't get one! Why can't the jugs be designed where you can grasp the lid and unscrew it? Then 9 times out if 10 the thing you have to peel back is glued so tight you have to get a knife to cut it off. Sam's is the only store I've seen with this worrisome jug design. That said I love my Sam's! I shop there at least twice a week Please

This is certainly not the correct jug that I purchased, because I have just recently purchased many products from Walmart and I didn't want to go next door to get it. The jug you replaced it with is harder for people to pour it, especially retired people. We have to buy many products from Walmart because you have replaced it with inferior or more expensive products that you've deleted from your store, for instance butter, you used to carry Land O Lakes that we always kept several on hand. You replaced it with Kerrygold which is significantly higher and not as good, even several of your employees said that ow they have to go to Walmart to get theirs. By the way this will be the last time I purchase your milk, I will not make that mistake again. Many large retailers and members only stores let you go back and encourage you to make comments about their products so that they would know which products to stock in their stores to keep their customers happy. I've told this to your management about this. “I won't waste my time to do this again because I've taken time to do it many times and I know you'll never respond or read this, at least someone who is in a position to make changes.

Avoid buying...ive now thrown 3 gallons away from this store - I thought maybe it was just a fluke the first couple times I purchased but my 16 yr old who could drink a gallon of milk a day won't even drink/touch this brand anymore when he sees it in the refrigerator. It definitely does have a weird odor to even gallon we opened so far.

The milk, of course, is perfectly fine. The design of this jug, however, is terrible. It is near impossible to remove the safety seal without spilling milk. It is difficult to pour without spilling milk. While it's sometimes convenient to grab this at Sam's, the frustration factor leads me to purchase milk elsewhere.

Received spoiled milk at curbside pickup. Better to go inside and choose a gallon yourself. But - even when shopping inside and choosing a gallon with an expiration date that SEEMS far out enough, the sams club milk spoils almost immediately. I have purchased multiple containers of milk, half n half, and whipping cream from Sam's club and they all have had this problem. I have thrown many containers away that were at least half full and completely curdled. I probably won't continue purchasing these items because they don't last for even a couple of days, let alone the “up to 7 days” that is advertised right on the container.
