I agree with others the Milk containers are terrible! hard to open hard to handle! ALSO what happened to 1% and Skim MILK in these stores?

First of all no proper stock at Vernon Hills, IL location. Every other time I visit it won't be there. Also these days the milk is turning bad before expiration date. Happened multiple times now.

Buyer beware, had order delivered to me. Won't buy this item again as it expired in 7 days from delivery. Buying in bulk is great but not when I could buy from store locally and have last as long as I need for 2 people. Very disappointed.

Last three times we bought the 2% Milk, it was sour and undrinkable. Tried two different Sam's with same results. Apparently not store dependent but process or transporttion process problem. Switched to COSTCO 2% milk and with no problems,

We bought this milk on July 13. On July 16 we noticed black mold-like deposits inside the top of the bottle. Attached is an image. This is not the first time we have experienced this. We will not buy milk from Sam's again.

I used to buy milk at Sam's club all the time, but no more until they switch this container. It's bulky, awkward, hard to pour without spilling and just plain hard to remove the seal. Terrible design.

These jugs are very poorly designed. We have stopped purchasing milk at Sam's club due to this. The lid is very tightly sealed and is recessed, making it very hard to open. I considered using a hacksaw to open one of the last jugs I purchased.

The most frustratingly horrible design they could have possibly come up with. Seal requires a knife to get open, and the lid is hard to unscrew. Buying my milk elsewhere from here on out. Who in the world thought this was a good idea??

Love the Milk. Love the value. Even the first few drops don't spill on jug with the new shape. Would be a five star but the jug is very hard to open with new shape puts the neck where you thumb goes and can't turn.

I stopped buying milk from Sam's because of the taste, and the design of the milk jug. We liked the Dairy Fresh they use to carry. Absolutely hate the current design of the jug. Hard to get the last of the milk out.
