Sometimes the cap is so hard to hard to open to break the seal. I think it is from being stacked on a pallet and it gets smashed down. I thought it was just me but my sister and neighbors have the same issue. Very frustrating.

I purchased the milk on April 6. We began using it on April 7 and by the 9th it was sour (expiration date is the 16th). Very disappointing especially since the price is higher at Sam's Club!

Why does Sam's Club charge $3.25 whole, $2.88 2%, and $2.67 for 1% milk when Walmart chargers $2.67 for all 3 versions? Jug is sturdy and nice but price variation makes no sense. 4⭐ since it costs 8% more for a membership club

Few times these milk became bad, even before the ‘sell by' date. It was in the refrigerator, as usual. Nothing wrong with the refrigerator and tje other products in the refrigerator.

From the first day this milk was gross. My husband and children complained from day 1. It did not outdate, but I threw it out after 5 days. No one would drink it. I won't buy it again. No matter the price.

New jug is too tall for my fridge shelf, and is harder to tell how much milk is left just by looking at it. I'm sure they save an eighth of a cent with the new design but I will pay more for milk elsewhere to stick with normal.

I got this milk over the weekend and the use by date was aug 11. We opened today and both jugs that I got where bad already. Tasted sour and had white stuff floating in it.

Milk spoiled at least 5 days before date on jug. The seal is also sometimes difficult to open and sometimes just falls apart without completely opening.

Love this milk! Taste great! Priced good! Really like the design of the container! Easier to pour the milk! We don't like to buy milk any place else! It's difficult to remove the protective seal but that doesn't bother me because it keeps the milk safe!

I am so disappointed with the expiration date on the milk when I pick up my order. This has happened 3 out of 4 times I have ordered milk! I pick up my milk on Friday and it expires on Monday. I even put in the comments this week when I ordered that I wanted my milk with the expiration date at least a week away. We have company, so I ordered 2 gallons, and they both are expiring on Monday!
