Very little fat and a great taste.

Nice one pound packages. Easy to freeze.

Lesser quality than before. No longer grass fed and definitely not 93/7. Lots if fat leftover after cooking. Still a good deal otherwise.

It’s just getting worse. Hard chunks in it, rubbery texture. I can’t imagine what it really is we’re eating. And it’s expensive.

Not sure how to rate the new packaging.

My husband likes this meat. Great for tacos.

Excellent! I buy the 93%/7% ground beef and find it delicious for burgers or other dishes.
