This meat is really tasty. Most chop meats taste flat to me and require a lot of adding stuff to make anything good. But this meat has a lot of flavor. This was surprising because it's low fat and it's usually the fat that gives meat juiciness and flavor.

This is my favorite way to purchase ground beef. It's a high beef percentage beef so I have almost no grease to drain off after cooking. It's prepackaged in convenient one pound sealed packages ready for the freezer. It's definitely my go-to when buying ground beef.

Excellent ground beef; price in line with other stores, so no "discount". However, quality is quite high, and the individual 2 lb packages are convenient and completely sealed for easy freezer storage. Will buy my ground beef nowhere else.

I started buying leaner beef a while back and these are always in my shopping cart. I always have ground beef in my freezer for quick meals. Good for meal prepping too.

We buy Member's Mark 93/7 Ground Beef regularly. We like that there are 3 individual packages so we can use one or two and freeze the rest for later. We highly recommend this value.

This meat was lean, but very gristly. People eating it had to keep spitting out hard chunks of gristle. It was a little awkward. I've purchase it twice and both times it was the same thing.

Lean ground beef is full of fat and other non-beef products. Not sure what the issue is but for 6.17/lb, I shouldn’t have to spend an additional 5-10 minutes picking out dozens of pieces of pure fat and hard, white pieces of who knows what. Please do better, Sam’s Club.

I decided to give this ground beef a try. I really like most membermark products, because of the higher quality and lower cost. I bought this because, it being in one pound portions, making it easy to put in the freezer before it expires. I opened up one of the packages to form hamburger patties. Even though it was days from expiration date, much of the meat was brown inside. A few weeks before this I bought some salmon, and it too was brown at the tail. Very disappointing when cost are so extremely high right now.

I have bought this item probably every week or two for about a year now and really liked it. BUT the past month the quality of it has gone way downhill. Now it's so full of hard grisly pieces and bone pieces that I can't even stand to it eat now. Today was the last time. Made spaghetti with it and it was SO gross from the amount of pieces in it that I had to throw it all away. I no longer recommend this item to anyone. I'll just go back to the trayed ground beef at Walmart.

Fat strings in meat…does not taste good. It should have been ground again. Ground beef not a good quality…should have been a better quality for the price.
