Love liquid IV. I have health issues and it hydrates quickly. Only problem is the price. Other than that highly recommend.,

Definitely good for hydration and tastes amazing a bit on the expensive side for how much you get but good for people with hydration issues

It's expensive but keeps you hydrated. When I get sick, I can't get enough fluids. This helps tremendously. The flavor is yummy.

I love Firecracker Liquid IV, as long as you drink in moderation. The taste is so good but I do think it is a little pricy $$$ but will buy again.

Never been a fan of the flavors but this one is DELISH! I was sick and really helped get me get hydrated!
