I purchased these because I was ill and dehydrated. Within a few hours, I felt a drastic improvement overall. I have a friend who takes a medication that makes her physically sick to her stomach for days. Recommended. I’m a Registered Nurse and would absolutely recommend these for dehydration. I’ll note that they have a bit of a salty taste under the flavoring. I wasn’t expecting that, but it’s not awful if you’re slowly sipping on it.

Live this and it actually is refreshing and can actually feel a bit of energy kick in unlike most canned energy drinks and without the junky feeling when a energy can drink wears off

This is awesome in a pwerade and put in the freezer. I know I need the IV part when it hits my taste buds and it is so good. Give it a try, powerade, or gaterade no problem with either.

Liquid I.V. Firecracker Popsicle is easily one of the best flavors. It tastes just like the red-white-and-blue popsicles from childhood, without being overly sweet or artificial. It mixes well, goes down easy, and actually makes it easier to stay hydrated. I noticed a real difference in how I felt, especially during busy or active days. If you struggle with plain water or boring flavors, this one is a win. I’ll definitely be buying it again.

Super delicious, specially when you’re not a water drinker this definitely makes you get that thirst for more and more water. I use my flask put half of the packet and do a refill and put the rest of the packet for my 30oz flask. Definitely add ice it helps the flavor just even more delicious.

My teenagers love the Liquid IV Firecracker flavor! In fact, they request it! Great way to keep them hydrated during the day at school and for all their practices, meets, and games. Love this product!

This flavor mix makes me want to drink water. I tend to use one pack for 24 oz of water and the flavor is still great. I appreciate that it doesn’t have an artificial sweetener taste like many other powder drink mixes. This flavor is a favorite in our family so it is almost always on hand.

This tastes nothing like the firecracker popsicle, not even close. It is closer to alka-seltzer. I tried 1 and only got about 2 sips down. I returned it.
