My children love it. The only downside is I paid for a monthly pass which I did not receive. She really wanted it because of Bluey which was the reason I brought the pass.

Grand kids love it and it keeps them active vs stationary with a controller. Similar in concept to the Wii but no controllers involved - camera tracks the players. Employees at Sam's in Roswell and Duluth were very helpful in finding what was apparently the last one around before Christmas.

Great game my grandkids have been having so much fun. No controllers to keep track off the system recognizes their head arms and hands. They are off the couch and moving around. Very fun.

It keeps both adults and kids active, moving, and engaged. It's a great way for families to have fun together while also getting exercise. The kids enjoy playing, and at the same time, everyone is staying in shape without it feeling like a workout. Overall, Playground is a fun, active, and family-friendly system that I would definitely recommend.

I bought a Nex Playground for my 8 year old son as an indoor summertime activity. He LOVES it! He loves all the different game options that come with it. That is a nice bonus since it provides options from the start without having to purchase additional items. Set up was really easy! I am not super tech savvy and I did this in less than 10 minutes. I love having an activity that my son enjoys as well as keeps him moving on days where being outside is not an option.

Had a lot of trouble getting device to connect. Then had to pay roughly $100 for a subscription. The games were less than expected. Called customer service for a refund on the subscription, and was answered by an automated line stating they don’t accept phone calls. I will be returning this product.

It is essential playing mobile phone quality games in your tv. Definitely not worth it. We ended up returning it to Sam's Club for a full refund. Nex on the other hand immediately shut down or subscription refund request. It's a $90 subscription for the year. We really thought this would be a good fit for us, but after not playing it through two holidays we decided it wasn't worth it. When I requested a refund they say you have 7 days to refund and nothing after. I tried to follow up that it just wasn't for us and 7 days wasn't long enough for us to give it a fair shot. No response at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT get sucked in by their business philosophy. They are like any other business, to make money. Invest in a PlayStation or Nintendo instead.
