The Playground video game system is so much fun! I love that it allows you to physically interact while playing, instead of just sitting down with a controller. It keeps both adults and kids active, moving, and engaged. It’s a great way for families to have fun together while also getting exercise. The kids enjoy playing, and at the same time, everyone is staying in shape without it feeling like a workout. Overall, Playground is a fun, active, and family-friendly system that I would definitely recommend.

Active, inclusive and endless fun. It's like being at an arcade in your basement minus the crowds and pay to play. It even got the adults up and moving and laughing. Very easy to set up and a large variety of games for my 3 year old to choose from. We liked that it was motion based so we didn't have to hold a joystick or controller like other systems which is really important to us with kids playing.

My children love it. The only downside is I paid for a monthly pass which I did not receive. She really wanted it because of Bluey which was the reason I brought the pass.

This gaming system so compact and easy to set up! We bring it on the road fo set up in hotels, friends houses, etc. and it's a hit for kids 8-14. No cords or controllers and plenty of fun games.

Grand kids love it and it keeps them active vs stationary with a controller. Similar in concept to the Wii but no controllers involved - camera tracks the players. Employees at Sam’s in Roswell and Duluth were very helpful in finding what was apparently the last one around before Christmas.

I'd say the product did a better job than the Xbox kinect when it comes to seeing the person. and the kids seem to love it although I'm surprised they're not as interested as I would have expected. I think the huge problem with this is the subscription based set up they got going on. where your limited to five games unless you have the subscription. so we gave the subscription a try, and currently just counting down our days before the return policy ends to decide whether or not we're going to keep this. I'd say that's the one thing that causes this to be a one star instead of a five, is you're stuck paying money just to get any games on this as a monthly or yearly subscription. after you bought the console. That's some shady marketing right there.

Had a lot of trouble getting device to connect. Then had to pay roughly $100 for a subscription. The games were less than expected. Called customer service for a refund on the subscription, and was answered by an automated line stating they don’t accept phone calls. I will be returning this product.

It is essential playing mobile phone quality games in your tv. Definitely not worth it. We ended up returning it to Sam's Club for a full refund. Nex on the other hand immediately shut down or subscription refund request. It's a $90 subscription for the year. We really thought this would be a good fit for us, but after not playing it through two holidays we decided it wasn't worth it. When I requested a refund they say you have 7 days to refund and nothing after. I tried to follow up that it just wasn't for us and 7 days wasn't long enough for us to give it a fair shot. No response at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT get sucked in by their business philosophy. They are like any other business, to make money. Invest in a PlayStation or Nintendo instead.
