I drink this everyday with a smoothie! It doesn’t have an aftertaste. I bought 2 bottles. I wish the price was lower but it does the job of making my hair full and long.

This product grows thin hair thicker, the results are game changing.

Tastes great and noticed a difference in lashes and hair within 2-3 weeks.

Got this for age and HRT related (bad) hair thinning; I lost about half my hair volume over maybe 6 months. Disclaimer first: I had already been using a few hair loss supplements and a special shampoo consistently when I first tried this. That being said, I had a NOTICEABLE decrease in shedding just a few days after starting this. Maybe it was coincidental timing or maybe it was this supplement but the change was so dramatic that I am not going to stop using this stuff! I really hope that Sam's continues to carry it. The taste isn't bad but it's not exactly a treat. It's thick and has a (to me) molasses kind of taste with a little fruitiness to it. I use 2 tablespoons in the morning and keep it in the fridge after opening, as recommended.

Taste is good, not great but is easy to shoot down quick w a chaser of water. The price is great and so happy to have another Mary Ruth product in store!

Not as good as it was

Maybe my hair is growing but I'm not noticing it because I have tight coils (4c) hair). That's what I tell myselfto justify the cost. I've also been using this for almost a year

If you don’t mix it into a liquid with flavor and drink 2 tablespoons it tastes like cough medicine. Even when mixed it has an after taste. That is just for the taste and not for what it supports. Too early to tell
