Got this for age and HRT related (bad) hair thinning; I lost about half my hair volume over maybe 6 months. Disclaimer first: I had already been using a few hair loss supplements and a special shampoo consistently when I first tried this. That being said, I had a NOTICEABLE decrease in shedding just a few days after starting this. Maybe it was coincidental timing or maybe it was this supplement but the change was so dramatic that I am not going to stop using this stuff! I really hope that Sam’s continues to carry it. The taste isn’t bad but it’s not exactly a treat. It’s thick and has a (to me) molasses kind of taste with a little fruitiness to it. I use 2 tablespoons in the morning and keep it in the fridge after opening, as recommended.

I drink this everyday with a smoothie! It doesn’t have an aftertaste. I bought 2 bottles. I wish the price was lower but it does the job of making my hair full and long.

Tastes great and noticed a difference in lashes and hair within 2-3 weeks.

I love this stuff!! My hair had been looking real thin and just scraggly looking. I started taking this and I really see a difference. It is pretty pricey but it’s a good deal at Sam’s.

After I had a baby during COVID I have been suffering hair loss and it has not grown back. This product has been working for me to stop my hair loss after hormone changes. I have noticed a considerable difference in the amount of shedding my hair is doing. I am going to continue and hope that my hair only gets better from here. Very much like the flavor as well!

I’ve almost finished a full bottle and I already noticed a drastic difference in the amount of hair I lose throughout the day. I have fine curly hair, and would she’d like crazy, and when refreshing my curls in the morning I would lose so much I was concerned I was balding. But now I lose so little in comparison I am HOOKED. I hope to see it help with regrowth but the fact that I’m not losing as much is enough for me to use forever!

Taste is good, not great but is easy to shoot down quick w a chaser of water. The price is great and so happy to have another Mary Ruth product in store!
