[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toy is rechargeable and comes with the usb to c charging cable. Came charged so I was able to try it right out of the box. The lid is magnetic and inside there's two spinning wheels and you have to place the strings through those. For have in the name "interactive" you can slowly touch the string when on but right away will get tangle and it will stop working and it will be totally tangling caos. So not that long to play or interact with the strings. You can only put one string. I try to look for the price but didn't find it to compare value of product. So, so far, it's ok but mostly depends on the cost. Nice concept but need work on the interaction.

It comes with 6 colored strings over 6.5ft and the boys can create many different shapes that they like. This toy keeps them busy to forget playing ipad. The QR code shows the instructions short and clear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried the String Magic LED string light, mostly out of curiosity because it looked like one of those viral gadgets that promise mind-bending fun. I have to say, it’s actually pretty cool! Right out of the box, it was super easy to set up — the skill level says “easy,” and that’s true. It’s USB powered, so I just plugged it in, and it was ready to go. The string is impressively long (about 6.5 feet) and lights up with bright LED colors that look amazing in the dark. The best part is how the string “floats” and bends with just a flick of your wrist. It really does feel like you’re defying gravity, and you can create all kinds of shapes. It includes 6 LED-activated strings, so there’s a lot of room to experiment and try different designs. I also appreciate that it’s labeled STEM-certified, so it doubles as a fun little physics lesson. Kids would love it, but honestly, it’s pretty entertaining for adults too. I ended up playing with it way longer than I have expected.

It may just be user error but we did experience tangles in the string every so often. We’ve never had a toy like this so it was cool to explore with it. Very easy to load and unload.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A lot of fun! I like that there is a black light that makes the string glow. I wish it glowed more. The strings are more of a pastel color. Would be cool if they were neon or even multicolor segmented. I can tell it is a little bit more cheaply made than other brands. The string gets tangled really easy, but it is easy to fix. My kids can even figure out how to fix it. The string itself is glows in the dark which is pretty cool. I go a few music festivals / raves a year, and it would be rad to bring this one and other brands to see which one is the coolest!

However, after a while, you may notice the string tends to get pulled inside. It’s very easy to fix and reattach, but younger kids around 4 or 5 years old may still need some help from an adult. That said, I still think it’s totally worth buying. Plus, it comes with 6 strings in 3 different colors, so you can easily swap them out.
