Like all 3M products this is by far the best painter's tape out there. It promises not to stick to surfaces and it delivers! Reasonably priced and works the best, why would I use anything else.

The blue paint tape was wonderful for my small and larger flowerpots. I decorated the pots with tape and applied one coat of paint. The next day I did a different design over what I had the first day. The lines stayed clear and fresh

I thought scotch tape was the best. Opened a new roll to mask baseboard and it either won't stick or comes up after it is pressed down. Prety poor performance for 7 dollars a roll. I don't recommend it

not only keeps edges clean when painting, can remove and reuse for other uses, replacing masking tape which leaves a sticky residue (e..g, closing bags, taping up temporary notes on the wall, etc.).

I bought several rolls of the tape for our upstairs remodel project. Every room, while removing the tape it also removed the painted surface. Now, it looks like a disaster. Very disappointed!

Your tape came in handy. It worked not only to keep me from painting where I shouldn't, it was on for almost a week before I could complete the job, and it came off easily!!! Thanks, JG

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had problems removing this tape. It stuck to the surface and peeled some of the paint off and I had to touch up the paint. I don't think it lived up to what I have heard and seen about this tape.

My husband and I spent 16 1/2 years circumnavigating in our sailboat, Serenity, and we use so many different tapes for varnish jobs everywhere in the world. Scotch Blue is by far the best we found anywhere and I would recommend it to anyone.
