What is going on with this tape? I taped off the floor so I can paint my trim and when I followed the manufactures recommended method of removal it took the finish off my floor.

Took paint off my wall. Didn't do it's job. There's bleed EVERYWHERE. Now I have to completely repaint my kitchen due to this. Came off in pieces. Some I left on because I cant get them. Unbelievable.

We used this product to paint the trim in our living room and when we took it off, it pulled so much paint off The walls that we’ll have to repaint our living room. Terrible product.

i have used scotch blue tape for the last ten years and am very satified with the results.i will continue using scotch tape for all my projects because it is a product i can trust

I used this for years with no issues. This time, after using, when I removed the tape, it took chunks of paint along with it. Now I must do a lot of touch up work.
