So far, so good. The oven is great. I love the air fryer setting (something I didn’t think I would use, but have numerous times.) When using convection, it settles 25 degrees less than what I set it for. So, if I want it set for 350, I generally set the temp to 375. This works fine. The only con I can mention is that the knobs are easily turned on if you lean against them, so be vigilant. Overall, I am very happy with the stove.

Fast forward I've had it for about 3 months , I use it every day and I could tell you that it's gotten on my nerves. Yes they have a app it's futuristic but the touch screen constantly gets stuck so it won't work I have to unplug the stove so it can restart and that's annoying. It really is a beautiful stove but having to restart it because the buttons get stuck is not ideal.

I have not used the air fry or convention as yet but from others that I have talked to, I will really like cooking certain foods with these features. I am a senior and appreciate the large knobs on the front of the stove. The stove has the easy clean function and standard cleaning so I think this will be very easy to keep it nice. I am waiting on delivery within the next month of 3 more LG appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.

First time I bought an oven with knobs on the front and that was a mistake for me. Anytime time you brush against them it changes the setting. They are very sensitive. I would go back to the old way if possible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a builder supplied gas range. We have always had electric as we did not have gas service in the country. The LG electric has a precise great oven for baking. The stove top provides for exact pan size heat. It is very easy to clean the stove top glass. The range look is outstanding. As a side note the bottom drawer was damaged by the store delivery crew. LG had a technician with a new drawer to my house the next morning, can’t ash for better service than that.

Customer service if need is also amazing and the take care of business and which is a rarity these days. You can not go wrong with any LG products as we have washer dryer refrigerator and tv also

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven itself is beautifully designed. Where I think this stands out is the oven features. The Pro Bake Convection system really is fantastic, this is likely my favorite oven. It's very easy to use, with a dial that indicates what function you are using and the heating is incredibly fast. I really enjoyed that this oven is multifaceted and the air fryer was a great plus for me. Remote connect start was a nice add and the self clean feature was fantastic to use. The reason this is not a 5 star review from me is the stove top. The ranges take long to heat up and once they do, they seam overheated, so it's a delicate balance I was unable to master. I also dislike the fragility of the surface. The instructions indicate how important not scratching (accidental glide of pans) or cracking can be for the oven itself since it's a ceramic top. This becomes a potential liability for the longevity for the range top, which I found to be a negative point. In closing, this is a decent stovetop and fantastic oven with a lot of features to take advantage of.

There are no racks or accessories so I can't even install it until they arrive. Product delivered late May but didn't untape the range until it was time to install in late April
