It works fine for us on our patio door It enables our pets to come in and out during warm weather to our fenced in yard.. It keeps out the bugs, and is easy to carry food and items to and from the grill with both hands. We do take it down in the winter, and put it back up in the spring.

I put this on our RV door. It was a little too wide and long, but I was able to alter it very easily. I just cut off the extra width, and resewed on the edging. For the length, I did the same, just being careful of the magnet placement. I am so happy with it! I have a pen outside and like the dogs to be able to go in and out without my having to open the door. Now the bugs can't come in and the dogs can come and go as they please! It works equally well for both our big and little dogs. The grandkids love it to!

This product is extremely cheap. I don't mean inexpensive either...one of the worse purchases. The adhesive strips are weak and the glue doesn't stand up to the heat of the sun, therefore, the Velcro detaches from the frame and ALL SORTS of bugs, big & small have their way in. It's too long for the sliding glass door {standard size door}. Being too long, it causes the puppies to step on the bottom, which pulls it down from the top, the material is very flimsy. It looked great...the first couple of hours that it was hanging. But it wasn't long before it was ripped off one side and needed to be removed completely and placed in its proper place.....the trash.

Living in Louisiana with the mosquitos I can now leave my door open and get fresh air too!!!Didn’t have to make a doggy door! The set up was extremely simply and doesn’t look awful visually.

A few people have complained about the adhesive strips coming down of the glass. That did happen to me as well but only two spots and that I at the tops of my sliding glass doors where I failed to clean the glass as good as the rest because I'm short and I slacked off figuring it would be okay. Another complaint people made is that the screen separated from the black border which again did happen to me BUT I went hurrying through it not paying any mind to it and tugged on it. My husband also did this himself but is a very tall and has broad shoulders. Replaced it and learned from previous mistakes and payed more attention and have had the new one up over a year. So as you can see, the most of what people are having issues with is all happening because general lack of care and improper set up as with most complaints you see about things. Of course those people wont admit to being careless and not cleaning or reading directions and things of that sort which caused the complaint to happen lol. I do wish the mesh was a bit stronger for the clumsy in a hast people such as myself but overall its a good product and you get what you pay for which is $15 worth of product. You can't expect it to withstand you barreling through it and what not. One other thing, the magnets are in face strong enough to stay together but if you do not hang it correctly and balanced it will either be TOO TIGHT and the magnets will not have enough slack to pull together and if you hang it TOO LOOSELY they wont come together at all. The top magnet coming together is what helps pull them all into line to connect. Again user error. Great for pets. THE WIND DOES NOT BLOW THIS OPEN IF ITS HUNG PROPERLY as I stated in the previous paragraph about it being too tight or too far away from each other with not enough slack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use this product in the camper and am impressed with how well the tint hides the inside of the camper with the door open. The magnets do a great job keeping the door shut and mosquitoes out. It will occasionally get shut in the real door, but it's made of high enough quality to not tear up.

My screen has been up for all of two days and the mesh/screen is already ripped and the flimsy plastic magnet holders have flown off three times now. The first day, one flew off twice so I had to super glue the magnet inside the plastic holder and then super glue both sides of the holder together on the screen to prevent it from coming off again. Day 2, my Boxer jumped on my closed sliding door to be let in (it was cold outside) and ripped the screen and made 3 of the magnets and their holders fly off. This is now virtually useless as the screen has a hole in it. I got this to keep bugs out but also for security to prevent my parrots from flying outside when the sliding door is open for the dogs to go in and out of.

This product fell apart the 1st day I had it installed and it was not at all abused. The fabric tore at the top, middle and on the 3rd day a magnet fell off! This product is of very very poor quality! I wish someone would have told me NOT to purchase this product.

For $14 dollars I didn't expect it to last forever. It lasted over 6 months and I'm back for another one. The dogs figured it out right away...so did the flies, they can't come in. It was a little too long for the door and I'm afraid I didn't do a good job of shortening it. I have a better idea for this one. I'm in my 60S and not strong enough to do major carpenter work so this is perfect for me.
