i don't know if this unit is defective, but it does not pick up the dog hair of tile. after it goes over the area the dog hair still present

Loving it so far. Set up was easy. I have to clean the brush after every whole house cleaning as it has a lot of hair wrapped around it. Not a big deal as its easy to remove and replace.

I have both hardwood and carpet with a dog and baby. I was hesitant to buy this but decided to try anyways. I tested it by having it vacuum and then using my regular vacuum. It barely missed anything!

Compared to my Shark model, the mapping and associated mapping tools are atrocious. The verdict is still out on cleaning. Have only used the mopping function once and it was subpar. Plan to try again. I would prefer it not require a bag. My Shark doesn't require a bag which simplifies the process. On a plus, the charge does seem to last a while but I have only used it on low.
