[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are putting this together finally and its fairly simple! My one complaint is that several of the wood framing pieces were warped or an inch off but all in all it was an easy fix!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this shed about two months ago, I couldn't be happier with the purchase.

The shed seems to be sturdy and what we expected in that regard. We ordered the shed at the end of May. The first delivery date in June was arbitrarily cancelled without consulting with us. Both Sam’s and the subcontractor were unable to satisfactorily explain why. The next delivery date was moved again, taking us into the month of August. Following that, bad weather caused even more delays. At some point toward the end of August we were finally able to have the shed installed. Upon inspection, there were obvious gaps and nails showing that weren’t connected to anything. When we asked the very young contractors to fix these things one demanded we contact their main office at Backyard Installers. [There was also a language barrier since the contractors spoke absolutely no English. They instead used hand held translation devices. This was only a minor setback, but certainly worth mention, for those planning to purchase this item]. The other contractor quieted the first one, and just proceeded to fix the obvious problems. It is honestly too soon to tell how well constructed the shed is since it hasn’t even been through one season. The Sams customer service team were eventually gracious in acknowledging the unexpected and unexplainable delays and handled the situation to our satisfaction. The majority of our dissatisfaction was more service oriented.

I bought this shed to help house some of the overflow from my garage & a previous metal shed that wore out. It is nice in size, but there were several wood pieces that were very inferior that affected a GOOD build. 2 x 4's were warped & hard to manage while putting the roof together. Same for some of the final trim pieces, one of which was so warped it broke into pieces while unboxing all of the parts. In the end, it was fair, but not excellent as I had hoped.

Missing hardware and screws. Came with wood for floor base but does not seem pressure treated. Have to call on Monday to see what they can do to fix it

Sam's Club was great, but Handy Home Products was horrible, floor kit package boxs was opened during transport due to cardboard box sealed properly and wood studs slid out of box. Handy refused to send me a replacement, unless I take inventory of every part of the whole shed to make sure the floor studs were missing. Sending back!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been trying to get replacement parts for parts damaged when shipper dropped pallet on driveway, for several weeks. You do not answer phones, I have waited for someone to answer for hours several times. You do not respond to messages, emails etc... the only responses I have gotten were from your online form. And then you sent the replacement parts to the wrong city and state. No I would not recommend your product.
