The builders were professional, knowledgeable and explained everything in an understandable way. The quality of the shed is well beyond what I would've paid from a take and go shed or a rental.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shed is working fine, the crew that installed it were pleasant and courteous, and the painter was great, even though it took a while for him to get to us. I was, however, somewhat disappointed that the walls were framed with 2x3 rather than 2x4 studs, that there were no studs at the sides of the door openings, and that studs were spaced four _x000D_ feet apart on the rear wall. I think for the price, the framing should have been a lot better. In fairness, Backyard did give me a couple of 2x4s in an effort to answer my complaint. _x000D_ They were, of course, the wrong size, but I appreciated the gesture._x000D_ The doors tend to swell in the wet weather, and are difficult to open. A small thing, but rather annoying. They are built up from osb panels similar to that used for the siding._x000D_ As I said above, really check out the product before you order it to be sure that you understand just what you are buying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband passed away so I'm left to care for our home. The roof of the metal shed we had fell in. I went to Lowes, intending to purchase a metal shed again because my husband and I put it together. Heartland sent the most wonderful guys out to install. They talked me through my options and I believe we made the correct decisions. I have painted the inside with leftover paint I had from the rooms of my house, put up hooks, purchased a utility shelf for the back of the building. Everything fits, neat and clean. I hung the ladders on the side wall along with weed trimmer, shovels, brooms, rakes, saws, etc. The tools are stored on the shelf along with Christmas decorations, coolers, etc. I have plenty of floor space for my lawn mower and I've stored my outside rockers in the shed for the winter. I plan to spruce up the outside this spring.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our shed Memorial Day Weekend, but due to COVID, we did not receive the shed until the middle of July. Our installer was impressive as he was fast, but didn't miss one detail. I don't think we had a major issue at all and have enjoyed adding hanging capacity for our yard tools.

I am a 56 year old woman and I put this shed togethrby myself with the exception of lifting the walls and lifting the panels for the roof. I was so ecited about putting this project together, I am writing the reveiws but i painted the Shed. My colors will be almost the exact same shade because it's the same color as my house. the trim will be white. I would have given a 5 rating but the wood was not great; some were warped and some just looked beat up, but I managed to use them. I call it my beautiful SHESHED! :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this shed 2 weeks ago it took me roughly 4 days to assemble. All the parts were easy to sort out for assembly . The only issue I had was the instructions were not clear on some of the parts mother parts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the shed back in December not knowing what to expect it's amazing I caulked all the joints painted it and put the flooring in it and it's just absolutely amazing it's weatherproof for everything I put inside of it I feel very secure with even my electronics in there with no environmental control what a great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really happy with my new shed. It's roomy, well-built, and exactly what I needed. One of the best parts was how easy it was to paint — the surface took the paint nicely and now it looks great in my yard. The installer did a fantastic job too — they made sure it was perfectly level and left the worksite spotless. I'm not sure what all the shed connoisseurs look for, but this one checks all the boxes for me. Solid build, spacious, and professionally installed. Highly recommend!
