I do recommend buying early in the season because the installers get quite backed up in the Spring. The installer came right on time and knocked it out in a day. It turned out great. The Belmont is the most basic of sheds but it does all I need. Would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased a Belmont kit and erected it yesterday. Rather than build a wood floor, I poured a concrete slab to eliminate a home for critters underneath our shed. The instructions were good however, you need to read the warranty requirements to realize you need to purchase roofing felt for under the shingles as well as drip edge. Additionally,purchase additional caulk. I caulked each seam and raw edge of the trim pieces. The entire wood kit pieces re press board and will soak up moisture if not completely sealed. I used 4 tubes of caulk as opposed to the 2 referenced in the instructions. I followed all with 2 coats of paint to further seal my shed from the elements._x000D_ _x000D_ The finished product should work well for our needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been enjoying this lovely Belmont shed for a few months now. _x000D_ I especially am pleased that the paint so closely matches my home and ties in perfectly. The doors seem to respond to differences in dry or wet weather and sometimes seem a bit off. Not a huge problem, but probably could be tweaked a bit. Otherwise this unit does what I need it to and looks good.

All parts were marked and all supplied bags of screws n nails were included in the kit. I did also love that the hinge of both doors were from the top to bottom of door for strength. I definately recommend this shed. I love it!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The building seems to be good but did have some install issues. I called customer service and they resolved them without much wait time. There was gaps in floor where wood meets in center and gaps in walls where roof meets sides of building they came and caulk. Also they leveled building using a large stack of shingles on one corner that I didn’t see till later winter. They sent someone to come replace that with board.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I order the shed 2 weeks ago and at first I was bummed because the earliest day that it could be delivered and put together was June 30th! The COVID-19 has kept us home and we’re taking advantage of the time by fixing up our homes, so there’s a backlog. I then get a call earlier this week and there is an opening for today, June 13th! _x000D_ The builder, Steve, called and let me know when he would be at my house. He was on-time, nice and personable, did the job quickly and cleaned up. He told me about painting it and I cannot wait to do it! I’m ver, very satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shed itself is good but would be better if the installers built it properly. One of the interior support walls is on the wrong side and every time it rains, the shed swells and the doors are hard to open. This is a big deal in the Pacific NW!

I had it installed as well, The guys were so nice and helpful with my questions. It turned out looking better than what I saw online. I am so happy with my new shed and it smells really good. Lol_x000D_ I would definitely Recommend this product to anyone looking to purchase a new shed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The salesman said he would upgrade to roof with a ridge vent. We did not get a ridge vent. The installer said someone from heartland would stop by to inspect the build and make sure we were happy with it. No one has stopped by and its been 3 weeks now. Finally, the shed came with a big bag of fasteners, mostly screws. The installer decided by himself it would be faster to put together using nails, so that's what he did. It isn't falling apart or anything but if the engineers who designed it choose to use screws and not nails, there's got to be a reason for that, right?
