The gentleman that installed the shed was nice and thorough and we would recommend this product to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the shed about 15 months ago and I am extremely happy. The installation was arranged for by heartland and was seamless. The gentleman showed up about 4:00 in the afternoon and stayed till 9:00 to get it done.

Purchased in December and that's when the nightmare began. Shed is ok. It does what it's designed to do but getting it here was the problem! Big breakdown in communication between corporate and the actual workers and other than a few emails NO communication to the buyer. Would not recommend this product because of the company.

What a fantastic asset to our home and yard.It was super easy to build as the instructions were easy to read. After extensive research on many sheds I believe this will hold up to Lake Havasu surmmers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have almost completed the building. Just need doors attached. I did find a couple of pieces of material were very rough - disappointing. Also, in the wall construction, toe nailing into a 2X3 stud and the top plate in two pieces makes the wall somewhat weak. I cut the stud shorter at that junction and scab the top and bottom plates. Then toe nailed the stud into a solid piece. Much stronger. Although the instructions were very detailed and for the most part easy to follow, I would not recommend someone who has not had construction experience to try to assemble by themselves. It was challenging at times to get everything exact.

The standard door is made of thin plywood. At my previous address I opted for a real door. That was solid with a lockable door know. That shed was also a heartland.

I was presently surprise by the ease of self assembly and was easily able to complete the install and build with zero complications or setbacks. For the size, price and availability, I will never purchase another TUFF SHED again. Quality product, affordable price and easy to assemble.
