Here in Texas we get hot summers so the vent is nice to have. Very sturdy construction. Has the room for shelving unit and lighting. It had room for my camping gear, lawnmower, weedeater, shovel, extension cords, tools, coolers ( I have 2) , extensible chain saw, and my many other tools. Great buy, and I love it. Thanks to my wife for this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everyone was saying the instructions were difficult, but I didn't think so. Maybe a few areas were a little tricky but not difficult. Only had 1 bowed piece of wood, other than that everything fit like a glove! Took 1 full day to put up from sun up to sun down with 3 people.

I decided to not go with a bigger size due to cost and was initially worried that it would be to small. I was able to fit everything I needed and then some in it. The quality seems to be really good and I'm pleased to have a 10 year warranty on material.

I has held up but some of the carpentry was not done well. there were some gaps that had to be caulked more than necessary. I like the shed for its purpose,

It looks good in the back yard, and the installer who did the construction was very friendly, and finished the whole job in less than an afternoon. Overall a great, and worthwhile investment. I'd recommend this shed for anyone who needs extra storage at their home.

I was able to store all of my valuables including tools, lawnmowers,bikes, etc and still have room left over. The entire process was a breeze from the sales rep to the installer, and painter. So far I'd give 5 stars for this product.

Nice little shed that seems sturdy enough and accommodates a few tall items. I priced lumber and accessories to diy build this size of shed and the cost for this shed was much more affordable. Purchased additional lumber for skirting. Very happy with it.

We now have a place for our yard equipment, tools, and supplies. The Belmont model is just the right size for our needs. It is well constructed and was simple to put together. Once assembled, we outfitted the building with shelving and pegboard to maximize use of the space. It also looks great.
