I bought one of these from another retailer. Much better price st Sam’s. Buy it here. This is such a great tool to have for your pool. Works all day and really does cut down on the debris which floats. Grabs it before it sinks. Hands down the best pool accessory we own.

OMG…there is absolutely nothing, and I mean NOTHING, I dislike about this robot! I’m 67 years old so I’ve done my fair share of online shopping and I gotta say this is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made! Put it in and forget about it. I only clean it once or twice a week and it takes seconds to empty. My pool used to look like a swamp covered with tiny bugs, debris, and especially the fallen flowers from nearby crepe Myrtle’s. I’d spend a good amount of time skimming all this stuff out with a net or I wouldn’t go in! Now it’s always pristine and inviting. Nothing floating on the surface! Nothing! Get it, you will NOT be sorry. You’re welcome!

Excellent all around. Using in our vinyl 18x48 pool. This little machine quickly picked up so much debris and bugs that the filter and skimmer could not pick up. We have flying ants and gnats here with windy conditions - it was hard to keep up with the skimming. Well worth the money.

I never thought skimming a pool would be fun and easy. This little robot is my best friend. It eats the cottonwood and leaves like it’s starving. Don’t hesitate. Buy it.

Works beyond my expectations. On a sunny day, it will run all day and then all night. On cloudy days you can charge it. Very well made. Works very well for collecting bugs and dog hair. Very easy to use. No questionable app to add to your phone, you just turn it on and set it loose in you pool.

I love this skimmer best purchase ever it does a great job cleaning. I bought 8 months ago never had to charge with adapter. Keeps my pool so clean.

"5 stars"...basket is deep and large enough to trap the dead leaves and bugs from pool surface without having to clear frequently. battery life is good too.

With all the five star reviews, I had really high hopes for this, but it's just alright. Despite its guard that's supposed to prevent it from doing so, it still eats the vacuum power cord, so we can't leave the vacuum bot in at the same time. It also gets stuck in front of the skimmers...so we've got a football wedged in there to help keep it out. That's fine, but I didn't really want to have to do that (the included piece of a pool noodle did not work for us). All that said, generally speaking it does pick up debris but doesn't hold as much as I'd hoped (much less than our deep leaf skimmer on a pole). We have a a pecan tree that drops green stringy things in the spring and the Betta also has problems with these getting wrapped around the intake paddle. It's a mixed bag for me and I'm not sure if we'll end up keeping it or not.

While the idea is great, it has many problems. It ran fantastic while the first time I ran it with a full charge and I was so excited! Hazel runs a round pretty good after a full night charging with the cord. But the solar charging is not enough to run it. If Hazel gets big leaves with the stem on, the stem will wind up at the end of the paddle and jam it up. They also get way in and cause the machine to keep clicking, and stalling. While I was excited at first, I am pretty disappointed that I spent so much money for something with so many problems. Perhaps I received a defective one, who knows.
