It isn't quite as fluffy, but if you toss it in the dryer with dryer balls for a while it definitely fluffs up. I've had it about a week and most of the wrinkles have worked themselves out. However, it is made of plastic which is the only thing I don't like to use everyday. However, the quality is good.

I was so excited to order this item because it had so many good reviews but I was surprised to find out that it has been falsely advertised. The tags states that "all new material consisting of 100% polyester fibers." I did try to sleep with it one night and it was too warm. I would post a picture of the tag but that feature in not working right now.
