This is my 1st robo vacuum. I knew there would be a learning curve but didn't expect this nightmare. The brush is always clogged up with hair. It's supposed to be for homes with pets. It would go 10 seconds & it'd stop & be clogged again. Edgar, one of the technicians, is like family now. In the meanwhile, I bought a Roborock. It has dual silicone brushes, can handle 10 times the hair with ease. Spend the money to get a better machine with silicone brushes.

100% satisfied! This is my seventh bot. I can't afford expensive ones so I buy cheap or used. Living pay check to pay check. I know bots are a luxury item, but to help with every day cleaning why not. My cheap ones always got stuck and you know the beep beep OMG. Not my BoB, O NO... I cried seriously I cried. I was so obsessed watching him clean and map my home. I'M IN LOVE.

This thing makes me so mad. I've been trying for 2 days to get it connected to Wi-Fi via the app. I didn't realize when I bought it that it's not compatible with 5 ghz internet. Unfortunately, Spectrum joins the 5 ghz and 2.4 ghz bands so I can't specify to the vacuum which it should join and just using the main one, the connection fails every time. It's like it's only seeing the 5 ghz band. The one work around I saw online was to move away from your router so the 5 ghz signal drops off. I took both my phone and vacuum outside my apartment. I verified in my phone settings that I was indeed switched to the 2.4 ghz band, but the connection still failed several times. The robot "speaks" and says "WiFi found..connecting" but then seconds later says "connection failed". I believe I saw that you can use the vacuum without the app, but the features available there make it worth spending several hundred dollars for it in my opinion. There's so many people that say they love this thing, so I submitted a ticket to their customer service and we'll see. But I'm about ready to just ship it back.

broke down and couldn't be repaired at a little over a year old. Luckily I bought a warranty so I received my money back. I also have a Shark that is over 5 years old and never had a problem with it. I'll replace this one with a Shark.

This is my second purchase. I loved the first so much I ordered another! I’ve had multiple iRobots and shark versions that are in the closet with dead batteries. They didn’t do half as well as these.

I absolutely love this vacuum. I have 2 Australian shepherds who shed a lot . Does a very good job. My only complaint it won’t accept my 5g on my apple 13phone. I have to do it manually.

I like it. Fairly easy to set up. Great video on YouTube to go over everything. You do have to "prep" where Bib is going to vacuum, pick up throw rugs, block access to cables and cords, etc

This vacuum did well for two days and then it constantly said error. We contacted customer service and they tried to help fix it and then offered to send replacement parts. We just felt it didn’t do a great job when it did work so we returned it.

The charge is much longer than others I had in the past. I like that it came with extra brushes and a filter. The mobile app is awesome. Only wish it came with a separate remote control in case wifi is down.

Constantly have to take the vacuum completely apart to clean, tools are necessary for every cleaning, i've had it for about four months now and it is not a good vacuum for pets. Now, it's gotten to the point that it will vacuum one or two areas, even on a daily setting and just turn off somewhere through its routine.It always stops and needs cleaned out multiple times to even do the eight hundred square feet I live in. Even after cleaning, it still doesn't complete the apartment. If you're gonna spend your money, I would probably spend it on something better or just vacuum.
