This is a great controller, although definitely not an essential one. If you’re really into competitive gaming, like competing in tournaments and stuff then I would suggest picking this up, however for casual players it’s a bit overkill. My main complaint with this is that the rubber on the back has began to bubble after only 5 months of use, and I take very good care of my stuff. It’s been a few years since this controller released, so I assume they will come out with a 2nd version very soon, hopefully fixing this problem. You may want to wait until then.

Received on time. Bought for fps games but can play any playstation games. Many more play options compared to regular dualsense. My dualsense edge feels more responsive than my dualsense that came with my ps5. Priced similar to other pro ps5 controllers but you get more options for a cheaper price compared to scuff and other competitors

the added case and ability to configure the triggers to maximize press or short press is a game changer. the added clips to the bottom back feels nice. doesn't feel cheap. the battery life is short but added cable length is good for charging and playing at the same time. i hope this will last a good 5 to 7 years of use. best to wait to get it on sale.

My husband was over the moon excited about this gift. The case was especially nice. He hasnt used it yet, but he has been wanting one of these controllers for 2 years! Quality, packaging, color, extra buttons, etc. were all great! I'm sure it will be perfect for his needs.

The battery life drains fast. If you’re planning to buy this controller, be mindful of this. Overall, it’s expensive controller, but since it was at a discounted deal, I took advantage of it to buy it since this was a controller I wanted it for a long time, plus I bought a warranty for it, and it turned out to be worth it. Overall, the quality its accessories are wonderful. The controller feel smooth and the charger has a 10 foot long if you’re playing from a distance while charging the controller. I think now these controllers are a little more affordable here at Walmart In my opinion the control will cost less than $200 and I was able to pay for the insurance for it. if you’re planning on getting this controller to change the dual sticks. I will consider this instead of buying a whole another controller. The replacements are $20.

One star because the product wasn’t as good as I wanted it

It’s a must for someone who plays frequently

My grandson is very happy with the item purchased. Very satisfied.

I like the upgraded controller that was included with the purchase of the PS5 Pro

It is a gift so I can only rate the price.
