Amazing features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had used Ring for years, but recently had an incident that wasn’t captured and we decided to upgrade to Arlo and we are so glad that we did. From the app features and options, the the quality of the cameras- the system is easy to install and operate (even for the tech unsavvy). The cameras are easy to program for the sensitivity that you need- our front yard is set not to capture traffic, but our backyard is set to capture even a stray cat. We couldn’t be happier with this system!

Great camera

Amazing surveillance camera!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am beyond happy with the Arlo Ultra 2 camera system! I was worried that I would have trouble setting it up by myself, but it was surprisingly easy. Very quickly I was up and running. I can not believe how clear the picture is. I have never seen a camera with color night vision, but it makes a huge difference. I love that it has two way audio, I used it the other day to remind my daughter it was garbage night and for her to take it out! We have had some issues recently and I feel a lot better having this set up. if you are looking for a great camera with all the bells and whistles for a really good price look no further!

Just what I needed…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently added a pool in the backyard. Even though we have a fence like Fort Knox, I was worried about the pool when we were away from home. I was able to install these easily, and I can see both fence gates as well as the pool. Works with Alexa which is a bonus. The app was easy to install.

Nice device

Basic and effective security system.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been looking for a pretty basic security system, and this has been serving my needs well so far. Setting up the cameras is simple, although it's can get tricky if you decide to mount it on brick, I had to make a special trip to the hardware store to get the right type of Mount. But once they're up, they are easy to set up wirelessly. Didn't take me to no longer than about 5 minutes. The app itself is pretty good without too much bloat, and as promised it gives you a clear picture whenever you want it. With the right angling, I could definitely get a good view on a large part of my yard and the front and back porch. You can't move the camera around, but it still gives me a nice and wide view depending on where you put it. The camera quality especially shines at night, it actually has a clear in-color picture without any fuzz or distortion (and at the moment my yard has minimal lighting, but it's a nice addition that these cameras also have a bright light that you can turn on). Although with night vision, I did get a much better picture when I switched to Black and white. These can surprisingly hold a charge, I can charge them to completion for an hour and they're good to go for literally 2 to 3 days at my home. These have more than met my expectations, their functionality is very useful and haven't failed me.

They are like any other.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got these hoping to get great outdoor coverage. Not super easy to set up, but it wasn't super hard either. Disappointed in picture quality. But it will work for what we got them for. Just hope I don't need to identify a burglar from this.

Stay Away From Arlo

Went to cancel, got prompted to renew at 50% off annual plan. With credit for remainder of annual plan, it showed I should've been charged around $30. Got charged $145. Spent an hour with support for no resolution and they lied and said that applies to next years renewal. Next years renewal shows full cost currently. I just bought about $600 in new Arlo equipment too; returned right after that experience. Been a customer since the original line with 7 days lifetime cloud (which they also reneged on).
