It rarely clumps, but if it does just a few shakes with the lid closed takes care of that. Delicious on pasta, my go to when making breadcrumbs for chicken cutlets, and works well when making salad dressings.

I have always liked to use this to use on many different foods especially Mexican food or any kind of Latin or Italian food. I think being able to put this on foods that I enjoy but think they need just a little more cheesiness is the best. This was my first time putting this on a steak burrito and I have to say I need to do this more often. The burrito was good but when I use the parmesan cheese I just felt much more satisfied with the flavor and the texture of it. I felt like I wanted to finish it without not even wanting anymore. Overall I can just say that for me personally this could never go wrong for me and I will always continue to use parmesan cheese on my foods.

I love cheese in general but parmesan is just so much better i love parmesan cheese so much whenever i get the chance i buy it last time i made a hachis parmentier with it and ing it was anazing i recommend it, its a but salty though kero that in mind

My experience with it was no different than it has been, I sprinkled the cheese on my spaghetti & that was it! Everything went well! It’s just so weird seeing it come in a box & not be refrigerated- makes me wonder what kind of preservatives are in it & how “natural” it actually is.
